Course Description:
The course is intended for all physicians concerned with head and neck cancer, to include surgeons, medical oncologists, and radiologists. The course is intended to give a thorough treatment of the surgical and imaging approaches to malignancies of the upper aerodigestive tract, cutaneous malignancies, cranial base and sinonasal cancer, and cancer of the thyroid.
Educational Objectives:
At the conclusion of this course, the participant should be able to:
1) Increase knowledge on modern surgical and medical oncology for head and neck cancers.
2) Understand the imaging of head and neck malignancy.
3) Understand the challenges in treatment and diagnosis in the post-treatment head and neck patient.
Target Audience:
Practicing head and neck surgeons, ENT's and radiologists.
