Children 12 - and-under stay free when in the same room with parents, utilizing existing bedding. All sleeping room are subject to Lodger's Tax of 7% and Gross Receipts Tax of 7.9375%, totaling 14.9375%. These taxes are subject to change without notice. Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon. Individual may change their hotel departure date as late as the day they arrive. Upon check in they will be asked to re-confirm their departure date by signature. Any guest departing before their reconfirmed departure date will be subject to a penalty of a one time flat fee of $100.00. This “early out” penalty will be limited to $100.00, regardless of how much earlier they will be departing the hotel. Spring is an extremely popular season in Santa Fe and hotel reservations must be made in advance to secure good accommodations, so please plan ahead.
