Room rates above are subject to tax, which is currently 10%. In addition to the rates , there will be a daily resort fee of $20.00 per room, per night. The Resort Fee Includes: In-room coffee, Unlimited local phone calls, Unlimited 800 number phone access, daily fitness center access, New York Times daily (Monday-Friday), Naples Daily News (Saturday & Sunday), Unlimited Tennis Court time, Use of Lounge chairs at Clam Bass Beach, Complimentary Self-Parking. A two night deposit is required to secure the room reservation, either by check or credit card (AMX, Visa, MasterCard or Discover), must accompany this form to confirm a reservation. A deposit will be refunded if cancellation of reservation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. In the event of early departure, the deposit is non-refundable unless hotel is notified 14 days in advance. The CUTOFF DATE for the group rate is 6:00pm, March 2, 2009 but the block could fill earlier. After the block fills, rooms will be reserved on space and rate available basis.
